Traumatic back injuries such as Lumbar and Thoratic strains and sprains without disc injury, require treatment with 2-3 FASTT Patches in the injury area, following a disc adjustment if necessary. If the spinal disc is also damaged, it requires treatment with 3-6 WHITEE Patches in the disc area. If the disc is herniated or bulging, the treatment should follow the Disc Herniation or Bulging Disc treatment procedure, and the back area should be immobilized by using a brace to avoid continuing damage during the healing process.
