Traumatic back injuries such as Lumbar and Thoracic strains and sprains without disc injury, require treatment with 2-3 FASTT Patches in the injured area. A disc adjustment may be necessary if it has been mis-positioned. In patients where the spinal disc is also damaged, a treatment with 3-6 WHITEE Patches in the disc area is required to heal any disc injury.
If the disc is herniated or bulging due to traumatic injury, the WHITEE Patch and LC Balancer are recommended. Please refer to the WHITEE Patch Indications for details about Disc Herniation or Bulding Disc Treatment Procedures. The back area should be immobilized by using a brace to avoid further damage during the healing process.
