Regional Account Manager
Position Overview:
The Regional Account Manager is responsible for initiating the selling, educating and consulting of Wei Laboratories' all natural healthcare products in a designated region to healthcare professionals. This position will involve maintaining and building deeper relationships with existing healthcare professionals using a consultative sales approach through telephone communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and deepening existing client relationships within a given territory
- Creating and implementing sales and marketing initiatives to increase revenue growth within a given territory
- Educating and strategic consulting with existing healthcare practitioners for technical cases and business needs
- Analyzing, recommending, and troubleshooting difficult clinical cases with healthcare practitioners
- Utilizing management framework and processes to measure, forecast, and plan growth
- Actively participating in protocol and product development
- Providing exceptional customer service care for all the needs of patients and healthcare professionals
Ideal Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in biology, life sciences, business administration or related field
- College GPA of 3.0 or above
- Ability to thrive in an environment that caters to both individual goal setting and team-oriented attitudes
- Passion for healthcare and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Technical proficiency in MS word, excel, and sales forecasting software
- Strong interpersonal skills that allow key relationships with clients and patients
- Clear technical, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Self-motivated individuals who take initiative and cooperatively contribute new ideas
- Has a friendly attitude and a positive outlook
- Previous sales experience is a plus
Inside Sales Account Manager
Wei Laboratories is looking for Inside Sales Account Managers to join our team in Minnesota (Twin Cities). Our company is in growth mode and expanding the sales force rapidly.
This is a Minnesota based inside sales role.
The Ideal candidate possess a challenger sales mentality and a true passion to succeed in all aspects of their work.
Responsibilities:
- Increasing revenue and driving market development through direct phone communications.
- Sales efforts include effective prospecting, cultivating and maintaining key relationships,
- Creating and implementing a strategic business plan to grow revenue quickly within individual territory.
- Successful completion of sales / product training program.
- Consult and educate clients on the proper protocols involved in patient treatment.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas as defined by company.
- Maintain all administrative reporting requirements defined by company.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate:
- Will be self-motivated, results oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Communicates clearly and effectively in a friendly manner with a positive attitude.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to learn.

- Ability to simplify complicated information and then communicate to prospective clients.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Life Science, Business, or related field. (required) a history of successful behaviors.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) with demonstrated ability to effectively present to external customers.
- Effective time management skills required with a demonstrated ability to assess and prioritize opportunity required
- Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, and sales CRM software
