| About the Founders |
Wei Laboratories, Inc. was founded in 2001 in Cupertino, California
by Dr. Jeffrey Wei and Dr. Sarah Li.
Dr. Wei, Chairman and CEO, obtained his PhD. in Biochemistry
from the University of Minnesota. His postdoctoral training was
accomplished at Massachusetts General Hospital with a Staff
appointment at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Wei also holds an MBA
from the Sloan School of Management, MIT.
Dr. Sarah Li, President, obtained her PhD in Biochemistry from the
University of Minnesota. Her postdoctoral training was conducted at
Harvard Medical School and Beth Israel Hospital.
Dr. Wei and Dr. Li were early participants in alternative medicine
research during their academic careers. They guide Wei
Laboratories using a rigorous clinical research approach to
understand herb-based healthcare products and to make the
benefits of this research available to the general public through
product development and commercialization.
